The Discovery Center program offers a variety of life skills, recreational and leisure activities. This program is designed to maintain skills that are already developed. This is completed in a fun setting where we do activities such as arts & crafts, games, community trips and guest speakers. This is a wonderful program for folks to relax and enjoy interacting with their friends.
Communication and social skills are encouraged during all of our activities. To be a part of the Discovery Center you have to be 18 years old or older, and eligible for the Developmental Disability (DD) or Aged and Disabled (AD) Waiver and meet Chrysalis eligibility guidelines. You also may privately pay for this service.
